Product Manager, Documentation Systems; Fully Remote

The Role:

• Own documentation as a product across in-product Help and internal runbooks.
• Build an AI-assisted pipeline from tickets, PRs, and recorded demos.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the documentation surface and define success metrics.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to capture how features work.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years owning outcomes and experience automating your work.
• Practical LLM shipping experience and ability to influence teams.
