Graduate Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team supporting the Cloud Infrastructure business in the UK.

PMO forms part of the Engagement Management Community. We provide administrative support to Engagement Managers primarily; this support can take many forms from process definition and governance to simple assistance to free up Engagement Managers time to focus on more complex delivery issues. The team are based across the UK, with a variety of skillsets from all-rounders to subject matter experts.

Our Graduate Project Managers join our PMO teams to build up knowledge and experience within project delivery and the technology industry before moving on to manage projects of their own.

We’ll give you the training and support needed to develop as a PMO Analyst where you will work as part of the UK PMO Team reporting to a PMO Lead/PMO Manager depending on the role. Whilst also giving you the experience of working alongside our project managers and eventually giving you development opportunities to take on projects of your own.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:

identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)

Your role will involve providing back-office support across a broad range of core services/processes within project management including Financial Management, Planning Coordination, Reporting, Resource Capacity Management, Change Management, Communication and PMO Administration – in time you should hopefully get to work across each area.
