Associate​/Senior Associate, Grants & Contracts; Fully Remote

• This fully remote U.S. position supports the operational and financial processes of global health programs.
• You will work closely with program teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep agreements accurate and compliant.

Accountabilities:

• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of grants and contracts systems and processes.
• Prepare contract documentation, track deadlines, and assist with reviewing and processing invoices.
• Help program teams with budgets and planning documents to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience for Associate; four years for Senior Associate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, or comparable systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
