Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, Enterprise & Procurement Services to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Since 1999, EPS has been a trusted partner in the procurement space, advocating for colleges and other educational institutions. Our mission is to harness the collective buying power of colleges, cities, counties, and school districts through our innovative College Buys, AICCUBuys, Civic Buys, and School Buys programs. We leverage our position within the California Community Colleges, as well as partnerships with other educational and public agencies, to secure institutional contracts, offering discounts of up to 85% on a broad spectrum of products and services.
Outreach& Engagement
- Draft and coordinate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and website content with Communications and Technology Development.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, forums, webinars, receptions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain timelines, follow-up activities, and manage meeting agendas.
- Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in marketing, communications, event planning, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing and/or event strategies is a plus.

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
