Client Operations Specialist; Fully Remote

• Responsible for protecting and increasing gross profit margin and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
• Develops strong pre- and post-sales contact to facilitate positive long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash and coordinate internal support team resources.
• Review pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors, and schedule regular meetings on opportunities.
• Accept customer orders, verify bookable documents, and coordinate with accounts receivable on aging reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; 2-3 years of sales support preferred in the technology industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred; ability to work independently and under pressure.
