We are seeking an innovative and strategic Founder to lead Mass Up Studios as we develop groundbreaking interactive entertainment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, AL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Founder will be responsible for driving the company’s creative vision, managing cross-functional teams, building partnerships, securing funding opportunities, overseeing project development, and ensuring the financial health and long-term sustainability of the studio.

• Leadership and strategic decision-making skills to guide the company to its goals and nurture an innovative culture.
• Experience in creative and narrative development, world-building, and interactive storytelling for games or related media.
• Proven ability in team management, including leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, securing funding, and managing business operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with experience building and maintaining partnerships.
• Adaptability and a passion for pushing creative boundaries within interactive media.
• Background in game design, entertainment, technology, or related industries is a plus.
• Understanding of the gaming landscape and industry trends.
