• This role serves as the primary coordination resource for customer engagement activities.

• Manage congress engagement logistics from planning through execution.
• Coordinate meeting requests, scheduling updates, and attendee communications.
• Provide on‑site support during congress execution and post‑event activities.

• 2+ years experience in event coordination, congress management, or related fields.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for on‑site congress support, ~40%.
