Job Description Summary The Site Manager at Clinch River is responsible for the oversight and execution of construction, installation, and commissioning on the customer site. This role encompasses the entire project lifecycle from site mobilization through civil works, erection, and commissioning, alongside associated management activities. The Site Manager owns and influences site budgets and operating plans, operating under established company policy.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role demands high levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen to ensure all site operations align with company objectives, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, quality, and efficiency while fostering a productive work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a relevant industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methods, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA 30). Experience specifically within the Clinch River area or similar operational environments. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management Extensive understanding of power generation and the nuclear industry
