The Associate Director, US Cell Therapy Sales Account Planning & Business Strategy, leads strategic planning and business analytics for the US Cell Therapy sales team, focusing on sites of care and community targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and evolve account planning frameworks
- Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into actionable engagement strategies
- Leverage data analytics and AI tools to optimize customer engagement and resource allocation
- Also, support long-term planning, strategic initiatives, and enable sales team capabilities through technology and upskilling
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech commercial strategy, sales operations, or analytics
- Experience in oncology, hematology, or cell therapy strongly preferred
- Strategic planning
