The Senior Product Manager is a key leader in developing and executing product strategies across various functions within the organization. This role involves identifying problem statements, conducting market research, and driving alignment with feature and product prioritization based on user needs. What You’ll Do

• Prioritize and manage requirements by translating the backlog into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of our quarterly planning process

• Lead the roadmap and release planning for a product or multiple related products, balancing strategic goals and operational execution.

• Contribute to product roadmap planning to ensure alignment with market demands and strategic objectives based on market research and insights supported by data

• Ensures the development team can continuously deliver high velocity and quality based on careful planning, progress monitoring, and analysis of the requirements throughout roadmap planning and release planning.

• Drive customer value through end-end workflow automation through integrations, AI/agentic solutions

• Collaborate with Software Development, User Experience, Customer Experience, Go-To-Market, Customers, Product Leadership and Cross Functional Leadership to determine a clear understanding of business problems that can be solved by technological solutions
