Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Paarl . This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on gathering requirements, defining project scope, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and IT teams. • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications for IT development.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories to clearly define project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
