Management Consultant - Strategic Planning

Our client is seeking a skilled Management Consultant specializing in Strategic Planning to join their team serving clients in East London and surrounding areas. This role requires an individual adept at guiding organizations through the process of defining their long-term objectives and developing actionable plans to achieve them. You will conduct in-depth analysis, facilitate strategic discussions, and help clients build robust, sustainable strategies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for driving strategic clarity and business growth within organizations in the Eastern Cape.

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with executive teams and key stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities.
• Develop strategic options and recommendations, including market entry, growth, and competitive strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans and performance metrics.
• Assist clients in executing strategic initiatives and monitoring progress against goals.
• Prepare and present strategic plans and progress reports to client leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles.
• Proven experience in facilitating strategic planning processes and developing comprehensive business strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
