You will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, customer inquiries, and inventory coordination to provide an exceptional online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipping of products.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product information via email and chat.
- Monitor online inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing team for replenishment needs.
- Assist in managing product listings and ensuring accuracy of product information on the e-commerce platform.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or a related field within retail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).
