Our client seeks a forward-thinking Management Consultant specializing in Business Strategy to join their dynamic team, operating in a remote-first capacity and serving clients across the Northern Cape, including Upington. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses develop and refine their strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and navigate market complexities. Working remotely, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive sustainable business success through innovative strategic thinking.
- Conduct thorough business and market analysis to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies, including market entry, competitive positioning, and operational plans.
- Work with clients to define strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare compelling strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Facilitate virtual strategy workshops and planning sessions with client leadership.
- Provide ongoing strategic advisory support to clients as they execute their plans.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate clear, actionable business strategies.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent remote communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and adept at managing workload independently in a remote setting, serving clients near Upington.
