About the team:
The Walmart Specialty Pharmacy Business Development team drives growth by establishing strategic partnerships with manufacturers, payers, and prescribers to expand specialty care access. The team develops and executes innovative business strategies that enhance patient access and partner value while supporting sustainable growth. Through collaboration, market insights, and operational excellence, members align business objectives with customer needs and deliver impactful solutions.

The team fosters strong relationships and advances Walmart Specialty Pharmacy’s mission in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring continuous improvement and effective execution of business plans. What you'll do:

Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key accounts to support business growth and achieve objectives.

Lead and mentor associates by assigning duties, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.

Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate and improve business strategies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee sales strategy implementation, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to meet operational requirements.

Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
