Most SaaS and ERP deals stall at the same point. The buyer is afraid that moving years of old data will be slow, risky, or fail. We take that risk off the table. Our platform combines onboarding management with automated data migration, and customers go live up to 50% faster.
Micromerce Inc. is the U.S. arm of a profitable, founder-owned European software company. Our engineers sit in Hamburg, Germany. Here in New York we run sales, implementation and customer success.
You are the first dedicated delivery hire in the U.S. You take over onboarding, data migration and support. You work directly with the Founder & CEO.The processes you build for the first customer are the ones we will still run at the hundredth.
- Run onboarding from kickoff to go-live: configuration, training, UAT, sign-off and hypercare.
- Work with our engineers in Hamburg on difficult sources and product gaps.
- Turn each project into templates, mapping patterns and quality rules we reuse.
- Support sales with technical discovery and migration estimates.
- 3+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding or technical customer success, ideally vertical SaaS or ERP.
- You have run go-lives with customers and trained people who are not technical.
- You structure your own work. This role has a lot of autonomy from week one.
- Fluent English. German helps because our engineers are in Hamburg, but it is not required.
- Authorised to work in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time hours.
- Experience with data migration or ETL tools
- A background in fitness, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing or another vertical software market
- Jira, Confluence, Zendesk or similar
- Experience with audit or compliance requirements
This is the second role in our U.S. entity. You decide how delivery works here instead of inheriting someone else's process.

- Fair and transparent compensation. USD 85,000 to 105,000 base per year depending on experience, plus a performance bonus
