VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with a long standing client, in their search for a dedicated Compliance Co-Ordinator to join their HSE & Compliance Department.

About you Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, or equivalent Experience operating or implementing a Health and Safety management software product, or similar Full Category B driving licence Recent experience in the administration of management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 , or ISO 14001 Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail Proficient in MS Office tools Able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills;

confident and articulate What you'll do Maintain and control all management system documentation and registers Prepare and submit quarterly NIEA returns and relevant reports Administer safety and environmental compliance systems, including user accounts and incident triaging Support general administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and minuting Manage employee HSE training records and oversee training administration, including First Aid and Fire Warden courses Oversee First Aid supplies, AED maintenance, and other safety-related equipment Assist with other duties as assigned by the Compliance Lead or HSE & Compliance Manager For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Jamie Gault for a confidential chat today.
