Senior Consultant

Will that next promotion give you the flexibility, growth, and control you really want?

Live Happy Initiative is seeking an experienced, motivated professional ready to apply their strengths in a refreshingly different way within the leadership and personal development industry.

This fully remote role is designed for experienced professionals who want to continue growing and achieving while having greater choice over how, when, and where they work.

Comprehensive training, established systems, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive global community are provided.

Full time, part time, or alongside your current role.

You'll follow an established process to generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs, connect with prospective clients, conduct brief introductory conversations, assess goals and alignment, share program information, and provide thoughtful follow‑up throughout the decision‑making process.

Full training is provided, including established digital strategies for generating and managing warm interest, with no cold calling required.

This is an independent role rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position.

You may be a strong fit if you're driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter -and want your next move to offer more than simply another version of what you've already done.

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in leadership, consulting, business development, client relationships, marketing, communications, operations, or a related professional field
• Confidence connecting with professionals from a variety of backgrounds
• Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and assess needs and alignment
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Willingness to learn and follow established systems
• Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results
• Genuine interest in leadership and personal development

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required.
Full training is provided.

More flexibility doesn't have to mean smaller goals.

This role gives experienced professionals the ability to pursue meaningful professional and financial goals while creating greater choice around how, when, and where they work.

• Remote work with the flexibility to work from virtually anywhere
• Flexible schedule structured around your priorities
• Full time, part time, or alongside your current role
• Comprehensive training and step‑by‑step systems
• Ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Supportive global community - work independently without working alone
• Meaningful work within leadership and personal development
• Performance-based income tied to individual results
• Opportunities for international expansion
