The RoleWorking remotely and utilizing web-based technology, the Customer Experience Analyst plays a vital role in informing best practices across all KVC Hospitals locations. You will gather patient care and outcomes data through Care Calls and Electronic Health Record systems, translating complex information into understandable insights that drive clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct discharge and aftercare communication calls with guardians for all KVC Hospitals sites.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to patient care and present findings via video conferencing or in-person.
- Manage data input and evaluation within Qualtrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop enhanced monitoring systems and data collection methods.
- Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives to evaluate the implementation of best practices.
- Maintain a professional, secure home office environment to protect proprietary company and patient information.
- Minimum age of 20 years.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Data Science, Computer Science, Social Services, Psychology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in data collection, organization, and evaluation.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to conduct official business.
- General knowledge of the child psychiatric care system.
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record programs.
