Remote Management Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Management Consultant specializing in Strategy & Transformation to join their distributed team, serving clients nationwide from a remote-first setup. This role is critical for guiding organizations through complex strategic shifts and digital transformations. You will work with C-suite executives and project teams to devise and implement impactful strategies that drive competitive advantage and sustainable growth, regardless of geographical boundaries.

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on strategy formulation and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and organizational diagnostics.
• Develop robust strategic plans, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for clients.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure buy-in and effective change management.
• Advise clients on digital adoption, operational efficiency, and organizational restructuring for future readiness.
• Mentor and guide client teams and junior consultants in a remote collaboration setting.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in management consulting , strategy, or transformation roles, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale strategic transformation projects.
• Expertise in strategic planning frameworks, business process re-engineering, and change management methodologies.
• Exceptional virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) highly desirable.
