Remote Management Consultant - Business Process Improvement

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement (BPI) to join their fully remote team, supporting clients primarily in Polokwane and surrounding regions. This role is critical in helping organizations streamline their operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs through systematic process analysis and re-engineering. You will leverage your expertise to identify inefficiencies, design optimal workflows, and guide clients through the implementation of BPI initiatives.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes across various functions and industries.

• Facilitate remote workshops and training sessions to educate client teams on new processes and BPI methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process improvement, operations consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPI methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
