What You'll Do
  • Lead multiple concurrent, high-impact software implementation and process improvement projects from initiation through successful go-live.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, forecasts, budgets, resource plans, and change control processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning operations, clinical leadership, revenue cycle, product, data, technology, and other business functions.
  • Establish and manage project governance, including project charters, RAID logs, status reporting, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies and drive timely resolution.

  • Own project budgets and resource planning while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as priorities evolve.
  • Act as a strategic partner and voice of the customer, identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
  • Foster positive team dynamics and collaboration across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Document and share project learnings, best practices, innovations, and process improvements to strengthen implementation standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant products, systems, and solution capabilities to align project outcomes with evolving business value.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven project updates, presentations, and recommendations tailored to audiences ranging from functional teams to executive leadership.
  • Thrive in ambiguity by bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges and competing priorities.
What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing project management role, ideally within a professional services, consulting, healthcare, or similarly complex environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members and driving complex initiatives to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Strong experience with project governance, risk management, project charters, RAID logs, and structured status reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, forecasts, scope, and change control.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and presentations for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail across project plans, written communications, reporting, and documentation.
  • A collaborative, high-energy, team-first mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
