• Understanding Our Market Opportunity
• Analyze external data sources (economic, industry, government, healthcare, and NHS activity) to uncover market trends and emerging opportunities.
• Assist with market sizing and share analysis, SWOT assessments, and the annual business planning process.
• Understanding Our Customers
• Gather and embed the voice of the customer into our business using targeted surveys and research to foster customer‑centric decision‑making.
• Support delivery of a systematic approach to Customer Experience (CX) measurement and follow‑up with our customers on their feedback.
• Understanding the Competitive Landscape
• Support the tracking of competitor developments in the UK and Ireland in a compliant manner to help guide competitive strategy and preserve our best‑in‑class offerings.
• You will prepare and share insights across cross‑functional teams, governance forums, and senior leadership.
• Expect to collaborate with global teams on common challenges.

• Recent graduate (BSc or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Adaptable, passionate and naturally curious.
• Interested in healthcare, data‑driven organizations, marketing and commercial strategy.
• A team player who listens actively and communicates ideas courageously.
• Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent at communicating.
• Tech savvy - proficient in data manipulation and analysis and familiar with relevant tools.
• Self‑organised where opportunity for flexible remote working exists.
