Remote Insurance Product Manager

Our client is embarking on an exciting new phase of growth and is seeking a strategic and innovative Remote Insurance Product Manager to lead the development and management of their cutting-edge insurance product portfolio. Working entirely remotely, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.

This role demands a deep understanding of the insurance market, customer needs, and competitive landscape, coupled with strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our insurance offerings from anywhere.

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing insurance products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Manage product P&L, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching new products or features.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and agile development processes.
