Remote Management Consultant - Strategy

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Remote Management Consultant specializing in Strategy to join their globally distributed team, supporting clients primarily in the Western Cape region, but working entirely remotely. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive client growth, enhance competitive positioning, and solve complex business challenges. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to deliver impactful recommendations without the need for on-site presence.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams via virtual channels, contributing to strategic planning and execution from anywhere.

• Develop and refine corporate and business unit strategies in close collaboration with client executives.
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
• Create comprehensive strategic plans, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate virtual strategic planning sessions and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Advise clients on strategic decision-making, portfolio management, and competitive advantage.
• Monitor industry trends and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic recommendations.

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in developing and advising on complex business strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
