Job Summary:

The Program Controls Analyst Lead is a crucial member of the Program Planning & Controls team, working closely with the department senior manager and Program Controls Cost and Scheduling analysts to ensure cost-schedule integration, effective program planning, and disciplined execution across a dynamic portfolio of programs. These programs serve DoD, NASA, and commercial customers, encompassing Firm-Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and commercial contracts, some of which necessitate ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).In

addition to supporting daily program controls and performance management, this role acts as a vital driver for the transition and implementation of a corporate tools initiative that transitions our legacy business forecasting and planning tools to a single enterprise solution:
