The Role As a Product Manager at Latent, you will own critical product initiatives from strategy through execution. Working closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers, you'll identify the highest-impact problems in healthcare operations and deliver scalable solutions for large health systems.

What You'll DoProduct Strategy & Ownership
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product plans, requirements, and deliverables
• Own product outcomes and metrics for the areas of the platform you lead Customer Insight & Discovery
• Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges
• Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable product insights
• Balance customer input with long-term vision and strategic priorities

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build and ship products quickly
• Write clear product specs and make trade-offs to unblock development
• Drive projects from concept through launch and iteration
