We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI Studio, Asana's AI workflow builder, in San Francisco. The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. In this role, you will own an end-to-end AI product that powers millions of workflows, enabling large enterprise organizations to build, govern, and deploy AI at scale across their organizations.

You will join a dynamic cross-functional environment working directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to turn system-critical processes into reliable, automated work inside Asana's work graph.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
• Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for AI Studio end to end, tying every investment directly to customer impact, business outcomes, and Asana's mission.
• Drive direct business outcomes for a consumption-based AI product: own reporting, forecasting, and ROI, and define the metrics that connect product usage to revenue on a consumption billing model.
• Scale AI Studio to reliably support millions of workflows, ensuring the quality, performance, and dependability enterprises require for system-critical processes.
• Ship automation capabilities that enable enterprise teams to deploy AI across their organizations, ranging from single-team workflows to processes spanning thousands of users.
• Build for enterprise trust by shaping AI governance, admin controls, and change management capabilities so customers can roll out AI confidently and safely at scale.
