In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, educational institutions, funding partners, and external stakeholders to support meaningful programs across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your project coordination, financial administration, and relationship-building skills while making an immediate impact.

What's In It for You

  • Hybrid flexibility with three work-from-home days per week.
  • Exposure to national initiatives and diverse stakeholders across Canada's education sector.
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your contributions make a difference.
  • Potential contract extension through January 2027.
Your Responsibilities
  • You'll coordinate daily project activities, timelines, deliverables, and milestones while identifying risks and keeping initiatives on track.
  • You’ll support funding opportunities, proposal evaluations, procurement processes, and the administration of contracts and contribution agreements.
  • You’ll review invoices, expense claims, and financial documentation while monitoring budgets, expenditures, and variances.
  • You’ll collect and validate performance data, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quarterly, annual, and final reports.
  • You’ll build relationships with educational institutions, funders, consultants, and partners, providing guidance and coordinating stakeholder activities.
  • You’ll organize meetings, workshops, webinars, and information sessions while preparing presentations, briefing materials, and communications resources.
  • You’ll collaborate with Finance, Communications, and program teams to ensure compliance, effective delivery, and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 35 years of experience coordinating complex projects, programs, grants, or stakeholder-driven initiatives.
  • Post-secondary education in project management, administration, education, social sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with budgets, financial claims, forecasting, performance reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organization, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with proposals, procurement, contracts, funding agreements, or government-funded programs is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Canada's post-secondary sector or workforce development initiatives is an asset. English and French bilingualism is highly valued.
