Become a Client-Centered Strategist with Business Link Alberta (BLA), a non-profit supporting entrepreneurs throughout the province. You will provide personalized guidance to help small business owners thrive in a remote work environment.

Reporting to the Manager of Client Service, this role involves delivering tailored support through one-on-one engagements. The Strategist focuses on facilitating access to programs, resources, and funding that empower clients in their entrepreneurial journey. Your impact will resonate through meaningful outreach, strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one tailored services for business owners

• Conduct needs assessments to provide clear guidance

• Facilitate access to funding and resources

• Build clients' confidence and decision-making skills

• Conduct workshops and webinars for entrepreneurial learning

Requirements:

• Minimum two years relevant experience in business

• Strong understanding of small business and entrepreneurship

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Commitment to inclusive service delivery
