The Egypt Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract-based role focused on developing and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in Egypt. The partner will oversee local market research, identify and engage potential clients, and build strategic relationships with schools, businesses, and organizations. Daily activities include coordinating online language programs, managing sales and marketing campaigns, supervising local staff and teachers as needed, and ensuring consistent service quality aligned with Lingua Learn’s global standards.
The partner will implement operational processes using Lingua Learn’s systems (e-commerce platform, CRM) and collaborate regularly with the Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academic matters. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing regional growth strategies, and expanding the customer base across public and corporate segments.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage clients, partners, and team members across remote channels.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, track performance, and refine growth strategies.
- Effective Writing skills for proposals, marketing materials, and professional correspondence.
- Experience in Training or education management, ideally in language learning or related sectors.
- Background in business development, sales, or franchise operations, preferably within the education or e-learning industry.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems, e-commerce websites, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build a sustainable operation in a remote, contract-based setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
