Senior Project Manager - Operations & Process Improvement

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive critical Operations and Process Improvement initiatives in Nelspruit . You will lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices across various departments. This role is pivotal in optimizing business performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a hybrid work setting. • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of operations and process improvement projects.
• Analyze current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies for enhancement.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies, ensuring seamless integration.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new operational procedures.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Operations and Process Improvement .
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects that resulted in measurable efficiency gains or cost reductions.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
