The PMO provides governance, reporting, planning, assurance, risk and dependency management, resource oversight, and stakeholder coordination, enabling leaders to make informed decisions and maximise the value delivered from change investments.

It acts as the central hub for portfolio information, helping to monitor progress, manage priorities, support delivery teams, and ensure that business benefits are realised.

As a Portfolio Management Office Analyst, you will play a key role in driving project and portfolio success by ensuring strategic alignment, data‑driven decision‑making, and consistent delivery practices. In this role you will:

Take ownership of governance and assurance frameworks, performance tracking, and portfolio reporting, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
