* ** Product Manager, Specialty Doors
** The Product Manager – Specialty Doors is responsible for managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle and driving strategic marketing programs for the specialty doors portfolio. As a Product Manager – Specialty Doors, you will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to establish competitive positioning, optimize product pricing and margins, and lead cross-functional initiatives from product conception through commercial launch. Role is part of the Hollow Metal Door & Frame business unit organization, supporting six brands, and reporting to the Director of Product Management.

* What You Will Do:

*** Manage the full product development life cycle from concept, specification development, and business case validation to product launch and end-of-life.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and portfolio enhancement opportunities.
* Define and execute product marketing strategies, including pricing models, packaging, promotional direction, expense budgets, and profit plans.
* Evaluate and compare multi-brand performance products to reposition the portfolio, improve market competitiveness, and expand gross margins.
* Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Design to define product specifications and functional requirements.
* Collaborate with Operations to establish accurate product forecasting, assess manufacturing capacities, and develop job estimate review processes prior to bidding.
** What You Need to Succeed:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field *(Required)
** 2 to 4+ years of product management, product marketing, or related experience *(Required)
** Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and pricing strategy *(Required)
