Job Duration:Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $60/hr - $70/hr on W2 Company Benefits:

Seeking an Alliance Manager to manage strategic pharma/biotech/diagnostics partnerships, drive contract execution and account growth, and ensure effective alliance governance and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Serveas primary contact for assigned strategic partners and drive joint business objectives.
- Lead contract initiation, drafting, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating projects.
- Manage Joint Steering Committees (JSCs) and alliance governance activities.
- Monitor alliance health, deliverables, risks, and contractual commitments.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth
. - Resolve partner issues and coordinate with R&D, Legal, Finance, Commercial,and Operations teams.
- 3+years of Alliance Management experience in pharma, biotech, ordiagnostics.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Conga
. - CA-AMor CSAP certification
.
