Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship designed for undergraduates and graduates. Interns attend development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers, with exposure to non-technical and technical tracks across business areas.
The program runs from June to August, up to 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided. Remote work possible on a case-by-case basis; strong emphasis on integrity and confidentiality.
