Home Office Support corporate transactions and strategic projects, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, warrants, IPO-related work, restructurings, and entity rationalizations.

Manage diligence requests, disclosure schedules, closing checklists, signatures, deliverables, post-closing obligations, and closing binders.

Support legal entity governance, including board and shareholder actions, officer and director appointments, filings, records, and related documentation.

Maintain subsidiary ownership, governance, approval, consent, resolution, and corporate records.

Build SOPs, playbooks, trackers, summaries, document repositories, and knowledge-management tools.

Monitor relevant legal and market developments and help identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.

What you'll bring:

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple work streams, deadlines, stakeholders, and documents.

Comfort working with legal documents, governance records, transaction materials, confidential information, technology tools, spreadsheets, trackers, and document-management systems.
