Industrial Operations Analyst - Remote

About the Role  Our client is seeking a motivated Industrial Operations Analyst to join their fully remote team, with a focus on supporting operations that could be relevant to regions like Kimberley , but the role itself is location-independent. This position is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency through detailed data analysis and process evaluation. You will be responsible for identifying trends, developing insights, and recommending data-driven strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities   Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop detailed reports and presentations on operational performance, efficiency metrics, and cost drivers.
Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production and logistics.
Recommend data-driven solutions and strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce waste.

Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in operations or industrial engineering.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with statistical modeling and simulation is a plus.
