Operational Excellence Manager

Our client is seeking an innovative Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational processes across the organization, with a focus on remote collaboration. • Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex process improvement projects and achieve measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for remote and in-person engagements.
