** What You Will Do
*** Draft, coordinate, review, and facilitate execution of capital equipment agreements, amendments, purchase documentation, rental-to-purchase conversions, trade-in documentation, and related customer-facing contract materials.
* Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing inputs, approvals, equipment details, and required documentation are complete before contract release.
* Review contract requests for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved business terms, templates, and internal requirements.
* Identify contracting risks, documentation gaps, and approval issues, and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions and support timely execution of customer agreements.
* Track contract status, manage document routing, maintain contract records, and upload executed agreements into designated repositories.
* Support pricing and commercial initiatives by conducting pricing analysis, evaluating market dynamics, and assessing the business impact of pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs.
* Improve contracting workflows, intake processes, system handoffs, and reporting practices to increase efficiency while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
** What You Will Need
**** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant professional experience in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, capital sales, commercial operations, contract administration, or a related business function.
* Experience in contracting, sales operations, commercial operations, contract administration, or a related business support function.
* Experience supporting capital equipment contracts, equipment rentals, purchase conversions, amendments, pricing documentation, or customer-facing sales agreements.
* Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, approval workflows, document repositories, pricing systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
