Fundraiser - Corporate Partnerships

Our client is looking for a results-driven Fundraiser specializing in Corporate Partnerships to join their team, remotely supporting their work in Richards Bay . This role is pivotal in securing vital funding from corporations through developing and nurturing strategic relationships. You will be responsible for identifying potential corporate donors, developing compelling proposals, and managing ongoing partnerships to maximize financial support for the organization’s mission.

This position demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of corporate social responsibility, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

• Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners and sponsors.
• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations outlining partnership opportunities and benefits.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring excellent stewardship and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized partnership programs and campaigns.
• Track fundraising progress, manage donor data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay abreast of trends in corporate philanthropy and CSR to identify new opportunities for engagement.

• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or business development, with a focus on corporate giving.
• Demonstrated success in securing significant financial contributions from corporate entities.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and non-profit sector needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
