Remote Production Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Remote Production Operations Analyst to join their dispersed team. • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data from multiple sites to identify performance metrics and KPIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize production trends, identify bottlenecks, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Monitor operational efficiency, material flow, and resource utilization across the production network.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate virtually with plant managers and operational teams to implement improvements and track their impact.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in production analysis and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Analyst , Operations Analyst, or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production management principles is a plus.
