Remote Senior Hse Advisor - Oil & Gas Safety Leader

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Advisor to join their globally distributed team, operating primarily in a remote capacity. This role is essential for ensuring that all company activities, particularly those in the Oil & Gas sector, adhere to the highest Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. You will provide expert guidance and support remotely, developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures across various projects and operational sites.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems.
• Conduct remote risk assessments, hazard identification, and develop mitigation strategies for various operational scenarios.
• Monitor compliance with relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams and management on HSE matters.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non‑conformances, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver remote HSE training materials and awareness programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
