You will leverage your extensive experience to mentor junior consultants, foster innovation, and deliver exceptional value to clients from the convenience of your home office.

- Lead and manage complex client consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop and deliver strategic recommendations on business challenges, operational improvements, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
PhD is a plus. - 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or strategic leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, and performance improvement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.
