As an Analyst in Sales Strategy & Category Insights, you're stepping into an early career role pivotal for the Sales team. You will utilize category, shopper, and business data to generate actionable insights, supporting growth through data-driven strategies. Your work will span across performance updates, distribution gap analysis, and collaboration with various teams including Marketing and Finance, to enhance brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze consumption data for trends and growth opportunities

• Maintain quality and consistency in recurring reports

• Prepare monthly performance updates for account reviews

• Identify distribution gaps and competitive whitespace

• Support new category analysis with senior guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

• At least two years in sales strategy or commercial analytics

• Familiarity with SPINS or similar platforms

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Experience in consumer packaged goods preferred
