Professional & Technical Wood is seeking a Commercial Coordinator for a position within its Consulting business unit, supporting operations across the Americas.

This role can be based at any Wood office in the US with a hybrid working arrangement.#LI-Hybrid

The Role As a Commercial Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, supporting business growth, and managing contractual and commercial risk across the Consulting Business Unit. The successful candidate will implement and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensure compliance with commercial and contracting policies, and support the commercialization of service offerings to maximize value creation. The role also oversees working closely with operational and leadership teams, the role contributes to sustainable growth, risk mitigation, and overall business success through effective commercial governance and strategic decision-making.

Proven years of experience in a commercial, contracts, project controls, or other technically relevant role Strong understanding of commercial management, contract administration, and risk management principles

Awareness and application of corporate, commercial, and project procedures and governance requirements Knowledge of tendering, contract review, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations

Experience supporting complex projects within engineering, construction, energy, or related industries

Ability to interpret contractual terms and identify commercial risks and opportunities Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

Preferred:

Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Studies, or a related discipline; professional qualification…
