What you’ll bring

Business experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 years without a degree.

Leadership experience:
At least five years leading managers, including Senior Managers or Directors.

Membership expertise:
Experience in a scaled membership, subscription, loyalty, or recurring-revenue business, owning or materially influencing growth, engagement, renewal, retention, churn, pricing, membership income, or lifetime value.

Strategic and financial acumen:
Use member behavior, business performance, and financial insights to make tradeoffs and improve results.

Cross-functional leadership:
Lead complex initiatives across Finance, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Analytics, and Member Support.
