- Financial Management: Oversee the timely gathering of financial information and ensure the accuracy of financial records within the skilled nursing facility and systems that interface with our home office.
- Trust Accounting: Maintain trust accounting records, census information, and ensure resident income is accurately accounted for.
- Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and employees, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Data Management: Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to management as needed.
- Office Operations: Maintain a secure and organized business office environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
About the Role:
Prior experience in a nursing home business office is preferred, but not required.
