Executive Operations officer

Manage all day-to-day operations ensuring teams work efficiently, processes are streamlined, and service quality remains consistently high.

The Executive Operations officer oversees the entire operational infrastructure of our organization. This hands‑on leadership role requires someone who excels at process optimization, team coordination, and rapid problem‑solving. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run like a well‑oiled machine, maintaining quality standards while driving continuous improvement across all departments.

• Design, implement, and standardize operational workflows and procedures across the organization
• Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when needed
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, system inefficiencies, and resource constraints
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning
• Implement technology solutions and automation to improve efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners

• 8+ years of progressive operations management experience
• Demonstrated success in leading large‑scale operational improvements
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and crisis management skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems, operational software, and data analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credentials a plus
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred
