  Business,Human Resources,Supply Chain,Finance,orrelatedfield,orequivalentexperience.
• 4+yearsofexperienceinrelocation,mobility,supplier management,HR operations,orarelateddiscipline.
• Experience with real estate transactions, corporate relocation home sale program administration and household goods regulations. (Expertise in real estate home sales and household goods management is essential because of the significant financial investment involved and the associated compliance and business risks to the company.)
• Experiencemanagingexternalsuppliersandholdingpartnersaccountabletoperformanceexpectations.
• Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytotranslatedataandtrendsintoactionablerecommendations.
• Experienceinfluencingstakeholdersanddrivingprocessorprogramimprovements.
